Substance abuse

Caring for someone who abuses substances

If you care for someone who abuses substances, either as a paid carer or a family carer, it is essential that you have access to support as well.

Having had personal experience of living with an alcoholic, I have gathered some websites that I have found useful and supportive.

If you know of another site that you believe would be helpful to others, please let me know, using the contact us page, and I will add it.
