Unless otherwise approved, when delivering a training session as an approved trainer or an approved centre you will use presentation materials provided by the Company. You agree not to modify or change any presentation materials provided by the Company. The Company may provide product samples, displays and other educational, training, product messaging and presentation related materials you may use in preparing for and speaking at engagements related to Company business.
Whenever requested to do so by the Company and in any event on the termination of the relationship with us, promptly to deliver to the Company all correspondence, documents, papers and records on all media (and all copies or abstracts of them), recording or relating to any part of the materials and the process of their creation which are in his possession, custody or power.
You will not give permission to any third party to use any of the materials provided by the Company;
You will have personal liability for and shall indemnify the Company for any loss, liability, costs (including reasonable legal costs), damages or expenses arising from any breach of contract including any negligent or reckless act, omission or default in the provision of the Services.
